Analytical Reflection
My Neatline map displays the University of Toronto St.George Campus and its surroundings. In this map, I have added three points that I find relevant to all the material I have learned in this course. The first point is placed on Sidney Smith Hall. The importance of this place is because of this where our classroom is situated and here we learned how to do digital mapping and used the Creator AVR app to learn AR. The Gerstein Science Information Centre is the second point where I made my first 3D object. The final point is placed on the AGO as the class got to experience a VR of the Boxwood Bead Project. These three points mostly cover up WDW236 overall. The takeaway from this course would be the branch of digital humanities is expanding far and fast. There's so much more to learn and discover. The field of digital humanities is changing the ways of teaching, conducting research and it's making its own place in other specific areas politically, economically and socially. In conclusion, digital humanities are on its way to show its best work digitally and inclusively. As it continues to change our day-to-day lives knowingly and unknowingly, we will get to know more about past history and this may help in creating more effective changes to our future
