Martin Luther, The Reformation and The Printing Revolution

This Exhibition celebrates important writings of Martin Luther while emphasizing the role these items have played in Revolutionizing how information was perceived and spread. With the help of important publishing figures such as Lucas Cranach the Elder. The Pamphlet is the main tool used to help this religious Revolution to be successfull where it challenged the traditional ways in which information on religion was circulated among the people. The Pamphlet was not only easy to make,  but also written a simpliefied language that made it wasy to read. The Reformation is a hsitorical event that has prooven the idea how different mediums of information circulations is crucial to fight a certain cause. Like social media is used today in many revolutions around the world, the Pamphlet was a key component in making the Reformation happen.
