Yihang Xu - Lockdown

As the final project for DHU235 (2021-2022), this exhibit introduces a poem about people's struggle under the lockdown during the current COVID-19 pandemic, written by Simon Armitage. This digital exhibit includes:

• Introduction and analysis of the poem 
• My analysis of the social, historical and technological context of the poem
• Pictures of the poem and the artworks related to the poem's themes
• Insights that the readers can drive upon from the poem and my exhibit about the text technologies, the transmission of knowledge and the current pandemic
